Japanese government admits UFO exists?!?!

A Japan’s top government spokesman said on 07/Dec/2007 that alien UFO’s may exist..

Well.. and many other articles point out that it’s particular that many governments are declassifying and rendering public their ufo files.

Does all of it has a meaning?

Even if I give precedence on other stuff, maybe I’ll give it a further investigation.
