North Pole Methane release may lead to extreme increase in Global Warming

Scientist have recently discovered a huge amount of methane release from noth pole melted ice.
Since it’s greeenhouse gas power is 20 times more than carbon dioxide, and the estimated amount of the gas that could be released is huge, scientists are really worried about the result of that, the article below in any case is really explicative, so go and read it!

Again, this is really worring since the complete melting of the north pole ice may lead to really high level of global warming, and all the consequent disasters estimated by lot of scientists.

This interesting image shows the ice extent in September 2007, in 2008 was said to be even worst, let’s see..

At this moment the last data available is of May 2008, the situation is showed in the folliwing picture.
No data is available of the ending month, June.
